Purpose
Single-Leg Balance develops advanced foot and ankle control under full bodyweight.
How to Perform
Begin in the single-leg balance starting position on the Axis Pro. While maintaining balance, slowly reach the free foot forward, to the side, and backward—as if touching points on a clock face. Return the foot to the starting position between each reach.
Move slowly and deliberately, maintaining control of the board throughout.

Keep the stance leg stable
Avoid shifting excessively through the hips
Control each reach before returning to center
